Dr. Tiffany PattonDr. Tiffany Patton has an extensive amount of experience in successfully leading school improvement work using the key levers of data and assessment, staff coaching and development, curriculum alignment and rigor, and establishing cultures of high expectations for all.
Dr. Patton has served in leadership roles in both traditional public school and charter school settings, with experience at all three levels of K-12 education. She is passionate about working to resolve educational inequity in school systems, particularly those with high concentrations of poverty, and eliminating the literacy crisis our country is facing. In the field of education, Dr. Patton has held roles as District Professional Development Coordinator, Building Principal, Assistant Principal, Founding Assistant Principal, Instructional Coach, and Classroom Teacher. Dr. Patton serves schools and school systems in a consultant capacity as a Managing Director of the Elementary Reading Initiative with Instruction Partners. She is also a Chief Consultant with her consulting business, entitled Results Driven Educational Consulting, where she specializes in school improvement planning, instructional coach development, classroom management training, and leadership coaching. Finally, Dr. Patton holds a CPTM (Certified Professional in Training Management) through the Training Industry. Dr. Patton is a community service-oriented leader who serves on the Board of Directors with three nonprofit organizations as a Chair of the Board of Directors (Empower Missouri) and Board Member (Connected Learning, Metroeast Literacy Project). Dr. Patton earned a doctorate and masters degree in Educational Leadership from St. Louis University and a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. But most notably, she is a mom to Zari, her 12-year-old daughter who is a gifted artist that enjoys drawing anime characters and playing violin, soccer, and Roblox. |
