What is Erudite Nation?
Erudite Nation. It’s more than a t-shirt slogan. It’s an identity, a declaration, a change in the narrative of our communities. It’s also a family’s pledge to have 100 books in their home by 2025. It’s putting a stop to book deserts. It’s a mindset that understands that Literacy is Liberation! It Takes You Higher. It's a brigade of Encouragement Team Volunteers who help families along their literacy journey.
You are ERUDITE NATION, a proud people who are defined as:

The Metro East Literacy Project starts families off with a bag of 25 books including titles for adults and children. We meet families where they are, in child care centers, adult education classes, preschool centers, community events, churches, and more. Invite us to partner with your organization to give your families books. It's free!
